WHY THE BELOW MARKET PRICE FOR SUCH AN OFFERING ?
We’re offering our bungalow at this very reasonable price because it is infinitely more important to us to secure a good fit in a tenant than it is to collect a large rent.  It’s particularly important we find the right tenant as we’re not absentee landlords and live in a separately detached farm house on this truly wonderful 13 acre farm.  Although in our 70’s, we are a friendly, self-reliant couple that work hard on the farm to keep it functional, peaceful and pleasant.  Therefore, we need a tenant that is also self-reliant, neighborly, and reasonably helpful about the farm from time to time. We need the type of tenants that are able to care for themselves, are able to care for their bungalow dwelling, and who will take pride and interest in caring for their home and their immediate surrounding environment.

HYBRID LEASE OFFERING
Per the VIDEO, we would consider a Bungalow only rental that also includes a shared shop access for the right type of individual, handyman, aspiring artist or craftsman. Restrictions:
1. Occupancy is limited to a maximum of (2) two individuals due to onsite septic system capacity limitations.
2. Pets are negotiable and are subject to an advance pet interview. (Note, while we are dog friendly people, we will not tolerate barking and/or aggressive dogs.) Likewise, as we maintain a bird sanctuary on the property, cats are NOT welcome.
3. No more than three tenant autos are permitted. All vehicles must be in running condition, licensed, and inspected.

As owner/landlords, we do not and will not discriminate on the basis of Race, Religion, or Sexual Orientation.
