Restrictions:
1. Occupancy is limited to a maximum of (4) four individuals due to onsite septic system capacity limitations.
2. Pets are negotiable and are subject to an advance pet interview. (Note, while we are dog friendly people, we will not tolerate barking and/or aggressive dogs.) Likewise, as we maintain wild birds on the property, cats are not welcome. Number of tenant pets will be limited to (2) two for the household.
3. No more than three tenant autos are permitted. All vehicles must be in running condition, licensed, and inspected.

As owner/landlords, we do not and will not discriminate on the basis of Race, Religion, or Sexual Orientation.

NOTE: ALL members of household must be Covid 19 Vaccinated.
Proof of vaccination is required. No exceptions.
